You also agree that any and all disputes, claims connected with the Site or the Terms & Conditions shall be resolved individually without resorting to any form of Class Action; and that any judgments or awards will be limited to actual damages and out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable.
